2022 proved to be one of the standout years for horror in the 21st century, highlighted by the arrival of Smile an American psychological supernatural thriller that quickly set itself apart in the genre. The story continued with Smile 2 in 2024, and a third installment is reportedly in development. In the meantime, the franchise has expanded into a new medium with the launch of a brand-new series, and we’ve got an exclusive first look below.
On February 18, 2026, the Smile universe grew even further through a collaboration with IDW Publishing.
